We feature:
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
With intensive outpatient therapy from our mental health treatment center, we use a combination of group, individual, and family counseling approximately 3 times per week. IOP employs a multipronged approach, including reducing and stabilizing mental health symptoms, guidance and support through therapy, education to support recovery, and an improvement in familial relationships. This type of therapy is covered by insurance and can be anywhere from 4 weeks to 4 months.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy allows patients the safety and confidentiality of one-of-one attention from their therapist. This allows the therapist to have a more thorough understanding of the patient’s struggles and provide the opportunity to offer personalized advice. These sessions explore the root of the issue and are more intensive for incorporation into the treatment plan. Our mental health treatment center identifies patients’ goals, in which we work on together and include specific steps, dates, and an action plan to follow through and hold them accountable for their own treatment.
Group Therapy
We offer support groups for teens struggling with daily stressors; adult group therapy which focuses on mental health issues and well-being; and an adult group which focuses on addictions and substance abuse. These sessions offer discussion topics like coping mechanisms, relapse prevention, relaxation technique, and more. Group therapy helps to provide both a support group for our patients, as well as giving them a sounding board to gain perspective on a situation, all while promoting social skills.
Family Therapy
Our mental health facility understands that struggles with mental illness and substance abuse aren’t just limited to the patient. In fact, they can impact their entire support system, including family, friends, colleagues, and others. In addition to individual and group therapy, our treatment clinic and counseling center encourages the entire family to become involved with their loved one’s treatment through family therapy. During these sessions, family members can enjoy improved communication, create healthy boundaries, and promote a better understanding of family dynamics. We also offer marriage counseling to help couples deal with these issues.
Putting the Patient First
At our mental health treatment center, our patients come first. We prioritize their overall experience with us, providing not only a range of treatment, but easy scheduling and insurance options as well. Not only that, but we also offer a sliding scale for out-of-pocket patients. We are a mental health facility truly committed to serving them and their distinct needs, whatever they may be.
